Impact 1: The AI Moment of Truth
In this session with Rajkumar Venkatesan, you will learn what’s hype, and what’s worth pursuing and when. We’ll show you what brands are already leveraging machine-based strategy and creativity successfully to generate for customers personalized recommendations, products, services, and more. We’ll also provide you with a framework you can use — the AI Canvas for Marketers — to identify where you are on the continuum and use to map out a plan of action for this new endeavor that is grounded in experience and strategically sound.
Impact 2: Human Machine Interaction
Professor Luca Cian will lead participants through an interactive discussion of customer interactions with intelligent machines. He will use a case on the Ford F150 truck to develop a framework on human tendencies to anthropomorphize machines and the uncanny valley of artificial intelligence. He will then present current research that provides guidance for product managers to design intelligence products that can be endearing to consumers.
Impact 3: Privacy, Ethics of AI
Can AI be developed responsibly? Who is harmed and who is benefited by the development and use of AI? Professor Bidhan (Bobby) Parmar will lead a discussion on the current ethical issues relating to AI, and provide a framework for you to reduce ethical risk when using AI.
