Manuel P. Nappo

Manuel P. Nappo studied international management at the University of St. Gallen. After working for various companies such as Red Bull and GroupM, Nappo started in 2010 at the HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich as head of CAS Social Media Management. Since 2011 Nappo has been head of the Social Media department at the HWZ and since 2014 head of the Institute for Digital Business and the MAS Digital Business. The focal points of his activities are: digital leadership, exponential digital business and transformation, digital talent and social media strategy, personal branding in social media and digital culture. In 2013, Nappo was awarded the title „Digital Pioneer of the Year“ by the IAB for his contribution to digital education and training. Manuel P. Nappo, is one of the foremost experts in digital leadership, exponential digital business and transformation. Manuel received his Masters degree in International Mgmt from the University of St. Gallen, after which he worked for various globally active companies such as Red Bull and GroupM, before accepting the role as the head of CAS Social Media Management at the University of Applied Science Zurich (HWZ). Since 2011 Manuel has chaired the Social Media Department at the HWZ, additionally as of 2014 he also heads the Institute for Digital Business as well as the Master of Advanced Studies in Digital Business. Manuel leads various research initiatives in digital talents and social media strategies, personal branding in social media and digital culture.
