Are you looking for rooms for seminars, training sessions, conferences or events in the heart of Zurich, right next to the main railway station? At HWZ in the Sihlhof, adjacent to Europaallee, you can hire a range of flexible seminar and plenary rooms. Our facilities include an auditorium, seminar rooms and foyers. Rooms can be hired for half days or full days. Below you will find an overview of our available spaces. We look forward to your enquiry.

When requesting a rental for training rooms, please provide us with the following information:

Auditorium
The spacious auditorium is ideal for conferences or meetings. The auditorium is for 180 people. It is designed and equipped with modern standard equipment (including audio, projector). Further technical aids can be rented externally. The open foyers can be rented for aperitifs or breaks.

For the auditorium, only the fixed “cinema seating” is possible.
Rental price auditorium
Up to 4 hours: CHF 750
Full day: CHF 1’500
A booking fee of CHF 250 is charged for the reservation of the auditorium.
Foyer
The foyers on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor are ideal for an aperitif or standing lunch in combination with a seminar room or the auditorium. Not suitable for group work, seminars, training courses.
Rental price occasion per day:
Foyer 2nd floor, 100 seats, CHF 300
Foyer 3rd floor, 50 seats, CHF 150
Foyer 4th floor, 50 seats, CHF 150
Seminar room
We offer seminar rooms or classrooms in various sizes. The rental price includes standard equipment and the usual seminar seating. Other seating options are available at an additional cost on request.
Individual seminar rooms also have modern smartboards instead of projectors.

Individual seminar rooms (Reitergasse) also have modern smartboards instead of projectors

Catering and food service
We recommend our in-house bistro for all your dining needs. Whether you want coffee and cake, a standing lunch or an aperitif, let the Bistro Sihlhof’s menu inspire you.
