Inhouse CAS
It is a constant challenge for many companies to attract qualified employees and retain them in the long term. With in-house certificate courses, you can impart the skills and values that are essential for your company to your employees, while also increasing their long-term job satisfaction. The HWZ enables companies and organizations to obtain a university certificate in-house. The range of courses on offer includes standardized certificate courses (all CAS in the HWZ product range) as well as customized programs specifically designed for companies.
Leadership Skills Training with Great Place To Work
The Great Place To Work Lab @ HWZ is a collaboration between Great Place To Work Switzerland and HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Through this partnership, we provide a platform that facilitates the transfer of academic insights into professional practice. At the same time, companies have the opportunity to explore current topics and challenges using scientific methods, develop solution approaches, and derive concrete measures.
We also offer the Leadership Effectiveness Training specifically for companies. Developed by Great Place To Work Switzerland, this training is aimed at leaders who wish to establish or strengthen a value-creation-oriented workplace culture within their organisation. Whether as an impulse programme for individual managers or as a company-wide training initiative, the programme is tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.
