Mindful Business Club

The Mindful Business Club (MBC) at HWZ is a curated, non-commercial platform for organisations, leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and interested individuals who take a holistic view of business, leadership, and personal development, and who actively want to help shape values-based, people-centred, and future-ready business practice. It combines a research-informed foundation with entrepreneurial practice and provides a trusted space for reflection, dialogue, and responsible decision-making. Through moderated meetings, members gain inspiration, exchange perspectives, and develop practical approaches for their own organisations and entrepreneurial mindset. HWZ acts as the host, source of inspiration, and curator of the Mindful Business Club.

Generated with AI

The Mindful Business Club brings together selected leaders who want to rethink business and develop responsible leadership in practice. In moderated sessions, participants gain fresh perspectives, share experience and develop practical approaches that they can apply within their own organisations. HWZ hosts the Mindful Business Club and contributes ideas and input as an active thought partner.

Our values

  1. People at the centre: economic activity consistently serves human development and meaningful impact.

  2. Responsibility over short-termism: decisions are guided by long-term economic, social and environmental effects.

  3. Technology with integrity: technological progress is shaped consciously, ethically and with a clear focus on people.

  4. Organisations as enablers: Effective organisations create structures that enable meaningful action.

  5. Mindfulness and reflection: pausing, changing perspective and continuous learning form the foundation of contemporary leadership.

  6. Openness and trust: peer-level exchange in a protected, confidential setting — no pitches and no sales agenda.

Who is this club for?

The Mindful Business Club is aimed at leaders, entrepreneurs, and those responsible for transformation, culture, sustainability, innovation, or people and organisation, who wish to combine business success with responsible action. Our members are co-creators, not merely participants.

We deliberately aim for a mix of perspectives and mindsets.

Format and structure

The club meets three to four times a year in interactive, moderated formats — roundtables, apéro riche events and co-creation sessions. Meetings are intentionally designed to be dialogue-led, reflective and practice-oriented.
