Mirjam Hasbi

Mirjam Hasbi has been working as Project Manager Business Development at HWZ since December 2025. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic projects, as well as the further development of educational programmes.

With her many years of experience in management, organisational development, coaching and leadership development, she supports the university in implementing forward-looking initiatives and projects. Previously, she held positions including head of department at FH SCHWEIZ and founder of Build Bridges.

Mirjam Hasbi holds an MBA in transcultural communication and leadership. Alongside her professional role, Mirjam Hasbi is further developing her expertise in the field of human-centred digital innovation.
