This business-focused bachelor’s degree programme in business psychology has a clear emphasis on applied psychology for leadership, organisations and the market. Psychological concepts are not taught in isolation – they are consistently applied within a business context.
The degree programme is clearly structured and is divided into an assessment phase, the main study phase and a specialised major phase culminating in a bachelor’s thesis. This allows you to acquire a solid foundation step by step, apply your knowledge in a practical context, and develop an individual academic profile.
1st–6th semester
Teaching takes place on a fixed block day on site at HWZ. The evening block is held online and, depending on the semester, consists of classes, tutorials or independent study. Additional individual days are required for assessments and seminars. These dates are communicated well in advance.
7th–8th semester
Depending on your chosen specialisation, classes take place on a fixed block day and on additional days in person at HWZ.
