It is suitable for employees of financial institutions, multinational companies, law firms, NGOs, and supervisory or regulatory authorities.
The program focuses on the most pressing and practice-relevant areas of international compliance. Key topics include cross-border financial business, data protection and cybersecurity, international tax compliance, ESG and supply chain obligations, anti-money laundering, sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks, whistleblowing systems, and the regulatory implications of artificial intelligence. All modules are designed to help participants identify risks early, respond effectively, and implement robust and future-oriented compliance strategies across jurisdictions.

This CAS is part of the following degree programs.
University degree or higher education qualification plus at least three years of professional experience in the field of compliance. Other equivalent qualifications with at least five years of relevant practical experience may be considered as part of an exceptional admission procedure.
Admission to one or more CAS programs is independent of possible admission to the MAS program. This is assessed separately.
