The Ad school is the industry-supported institution for education and further training of emerging talent in the Swiss communications sector. It is supported by ADC Switzerland and LEADING SWISS AGENCIES, with subject-specific teaching delivered by recognised professionals from the industry.

The German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg GmbH is one of the major institutions for advanced and continuing education in Germany.
Digicomp is your partner for corporate training in Switzerland. 250 trainers with practical experience ensure that what is learned can be immediately applied in the workplace. With 650 seminars, 70 certificate programmes and 20 bootcamps across seven subject areas—including computer science, communication, leadership and IT-related topics—Digicomp addresses the practical challenges of everyday working life. Digicomp also provides companies with strategic support to boost productivity through a comprehensive educational cycle.

digitalswitzerland is an independent, cross-sector initiative dedicated to shaping Switzerland’s digital future. It brings together more than 130 organisations from business, academia and the public sector to jointly address the challenges of digital transformation. The focus is on initiatives relating to artificial intelligence, digital skills, secure infrastructure, trustworthy governance and digital sovereignty.

The International Association of Controllers was founded in 1975 as the first controllers’ association by graduates of the Controller Akademie in Gauting/Munich. As a non-profit organisation, it has shaped the field of controlling in German-speaking countries and set important standards. Today, the ICV has over 6,500 individual and corporate members across the DACH region and in numerous countries in Central and Eastern Europe. The ICV is the international point of contact for controlling expertise. With a core of working groups and established controllers’ events, we have been connecting practice, academia and consultancy in Switzerland for many decades.
The MAZ in Lucerne is Switzerland’s leading school of journalism. It offers undergraduate and continuing education programmes for media professionals, as well as courses for media officers and managers.
Due to the partnership between HWZ and MAZ, we certify various CAS programmes and recognise them towards the MAS Business Communications HWZ.
The Mendo AG is specialised in the training of financial advisers. With its trilingual offering, it is a leader in practice-oriented education on financial topics for private clients. In collaboration with HWZ, it offers the CAS Senior Financial Consultant, a programme focused on financial advice for the 50+ generation.
The Private University of Applied Sciences in Business PHW in Bern stands for practice-oriented, personally supported and future-focused degree programmes in the field of business. As part of the Feusi educational group, it offers bachelor’s, master’s and continuing education programmes specifically designed for working professionals, and has been a well-established presence in the educational landscape of German-speaking Switzerland for over 30 years. As part of this partnership, HWZ certifies their CAS and bachelor’s programmes.
SAQ-QUALICON is a recognised and leading training organisation in Switzerland for quality management (including IT), quality assurance, business excellence (EFQM), process management, Six Sigma and risk management. In cooperation with HWZ, SAQ-QUALICON is responsible for various CAS certificates within the Master Quality Leadership programme.
The Swiss Text Academy is a federal foundation established in 2001. From the outset, its focus has been on the German language as a tool for mass media and corporate communication.
Thanks to the partnership between HWZ and the Swiss Text Academy, we are able to certify various CAS programmes.
Schwyz Next is the corporate platform for future trends and innovation. It serves as a forum for executives in the canton of Schwyz who wish to exchange ideas, deepen their knowledge, and share experiences.
The SGO Business School has been training executives and employees for 40 years in the fields of organisational management, project management, process management and change management. The SGO Business School supports HWZ in the design and ongoing development of the MAS Business Engineering & MAS Business Consulting programmes.
Our partner Swiss HR Academy offers the most comprehensive range of education and further training in Switzerland in the field of human resource management and development.
The SIB Swiss Institute for Business Administration operates the largest higher vocational college for business and the largest higher vocational college for marketing and communication.
Swiss Marketing is the professional association for marketing specialists. Here, the expertise of nearly 4'000 professionals and managers from a range of industries is brought together. Swiss Marketing also organises the professional and advanced federal examinations in marketing and sales, and is the organiser of Marketing Day, which includes the presentation of the Marketing Trophy.

The Swiss Advertisers Association (SWA) is the industry association representing advertising companies in Switzerland. The Swiss Marketing Institute (SMI) is a practice-oriented further education institution for marketing, sales and communication, based in Bern. LEADING SWISS AGENCIES brings together Switzerland’s leading communications agencies in one association. As an interest group representing the country’s top agencies, they define quality standards, provide guidance in evolving markets, and are committed to fostering a partnership-based relationship with clients. They also promote exchange among their members. All of this is aimed at enabling communications solutions in Switzerland that meet the highest standards—and are competitive internationally. The Centre for Marketing & Sales at HWZ collaborates with Leading Swiss Agencies.

The start-up support programme Launch Control is an initiative of the Home of Innovation, supporting startups on their path to success. Through the incubator programme “Bring Your Idea to Life”, it assists (aspiring) founders in the early stages, while the accelerator “Boost Your Business” strengthens startups in the growth and scaling phase with its extensive network of experts. HWZ staff and students have the opportunity to benefit from this programme.
Twice a year, HWZ organises the Co-Founder Matchmaking event in collaboration with Launch Control; the event takes place at HWZ.
Swissmem Academy is the education and advisory centre of Swissmem, the leading association for SMEs and large companies in the Swiss technology industry. Through practice-oriented programmes, seminars and in-house courses, the Swissmem Academy imparts skills for technical and management professionals. The Swiss Association of the Real Estate Industry (SVIT) has been the professional association for property service providers since 1933. As the leading organisation in the property sector, with around 2,000 members, SVIT represents the interests of over 25,000 real estate professionals. SVIT comprises 10 regional member organisations across the German-, Italian- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland, as well as 4 specialist chambers. The nationwide association brings together industry expertise and, thanks to its regional roots, is broadly supported and networked at a national level. SVIT supports HWZ in the design and ongoing development of the MAS Real Estate Management programme.
Since 1985, VIW has represented the interests of business informatics in relation to industry, politics and professional associations. Its core objectives are to promote and safeguard education and to uphold the profession in Switzerland.
Praxisseminare.ch is the comprehensive seminar and congress programme of the WEKA Business Media AG. The modular courses in collaboration with the HWZ Academy develop not only your theoretical knowledge, but also, thanks to a strong practical focus, your consulting and implementation skills.
wittlin stauffer Management consultancy and management training are focused on providing services to healthcare institutions. In collaboration with HWZ, wittlin stauffer offers management training programmes for executives in the healthcare sector.
The Zurich Association for Human Resource Management is the largest professional association for human resources managers in Switzerland. It operates beyond the Zurich economic region and is politically independent. The ZGP has over 2,000 corporate and individual members from business and public administration. The ZGP supports HWZ in the design and ongoing development of the MAS Human Resources Leadership.
