Christina Gfeller

Christina Gfeller is Young Talent Programme Manager at Swiss Marketplace Group and co-module leader for the TEDxHWZ & Public Speaking module in the Executive MBA Digital Leadership at HWZ.In her role, she supports cultural development processes and designs effective learning and engagement formats for a range of target groups. Previously, she led strategic initiatives in the field of engineering culture and engagement, and brings over ten years of experience at the intersection of communication, education and organisational development.

As a long-standing curator, speaker coach and team leader at TEDxZurich, she has supported numerous speakers in developing and presenting their ideas. This role has been instrumental in shaping her expertise in storytelling, presentation skills and editorial communication. Christina Haupt is also known for her ability to connect interdisciplinary perspectives, create spaces for active learning, and empower others effectively.
