Erik Neumann brings a diverse professional background characterised by extensive expertise in marketing, sales and strategic management. He began his career on the agency side, working at Ogilvy before taking on the role of Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Germany. He later demonstrated his leadership capabilities as CEO of Publicis Dialog in Switzerland. In Switzerland, he also served as a board member of the SDV Swiss Direct Marketing Association, advising companies on the management of sales and marketing activities.

As Head of the Swiss CRM Forum and Managing Partner of Community Building Company AG, he assumed both strategic and operational responsibility in leading roles. At the same time, he was involved in his family-owned leather goods business, where he was responsible for key areas such as controlling and sales.
