Tiziana Gaito, Dr. oec. HSG
Project and Programme Director
Dr Tiziana Gaito is project and programme leader at the Department of Management & Leadership at HWZ. She is responsible for the area of sustainability and, in dialogue with relevant stakeholders, shapes the integration of sustainability into teaching, research and operations at HWZ. In addition, she lectures on the bachelor’s courses ‘Stakeholder View’ and ‘Corporate Sustainability’.
Her research, teaching and publication activities focus on the areas of sustainable transformation, stakeholder engagement, mistrust and conflict management. Since 2019, she has led several research projects at HWZ and has contributed to various commissioned and consultancy projects. In 2024, she completed her doctorate (Dr. oec. HSG) at the University of St. Gallen.
