Swiss Real Estate Institute
The Swiss Real Estate Institute is a foundation HWZ Zurich and the Schweizerischer Verband der Immobilienwirtschaft (SVIT).
The foundation was established in 2008. The purpose of the Institute is to conduct research activities, provide consulting services and ensure a good transfer of research results into practice – in line with our claim: Swiss Real Institute “Research for Practice”.
