Target audience

This practice-oriented one-day workshop in Swiss Employment Law is designed for non-Swiss HR professionals. It is conducted in English and will provide the participants with the most relevant information of Swiss Employment Law, its particularities, the deviations from the law in other jurisdictions, court cases and pitfalls for HR professionals. Coming from other jurisdictions, international HR professionals are often not familiar with the particularities of the Swiss Employment Law system, and soon notice that Swiss law differs significantly from the law in other jurisdictions. Working in HR in a Swiss company, it is paramount to know the law and the practice of the labour courts.
