In one semester, marketing and sales topics are explored in the context of artificial intelligence. In the other semester, the focus shifts to people and aspects of organisational, occupational, and market psychology.
Programme overview
In the AI Marketing & Sales semester, you will explore artificial intelligence (AI) as an integral part of modern marketing. The intelligent use of AI for data analysis, understanding customer needs and behaviour, and implementing tailored campaigns now gives companies a decisive competitive advantage. AI enables the prediction of marketing trends and the ongoing adaptation of strategies. You will deepen your knowledge in the field of sales by examining how to respond to customer needs, negotiation techniques, psychological aspects, and the key success factors of effective sales organisations
In the Business Psychology semester, you will explore decision-making and the psychological factors involved. You will deepen your understanding of occupational, organisational, and market psychology. You will apply insights from motivation and decision psychology to processes within companies and organisations, and examine their effects on social interaction.

Fees
Tuition fees are CHF 4,750 per semester, including examination fees, the bachelor’s thesis, and external seminars. The fees can be paid in monthly instalments, in which case a surcharge of 5% will be added.
