AI enables the prediction of marketing trends and the ongoing adaptation of strategies. You will deepen your knowledge in the field of sales by examining how to respond to customer needs, negotiation techniques, psychological aspects, and the key success factors of effective sales organisations

In the Business Psychology semester, you will explore decision-making and the psychological factors involved. You will deepen your understanding of occupational, organisational, and market psychology. You will apply insights from motivation and decision psychology to processes within companies and organisations, and examine their effects on social interaction.
