HWZ Seminars

Around 90 public seminars are designed for professionals and leaders who wish to further develop their skills in a compact, practice-oriented and topic-specific format. The focus is always on the direct application of what has been learned in practice. Choose from a wide range of subject areas.

Corporate training

HWZ supports organisations in the design and delivery of tailored corporate training programmes. Content, methods and formats are customised to the specific goals of the organisation. The practice-oriented training is led by experienced experts from industry and can be delivered either on-site at the organisation or at HWZ.

In addition to seminars and Short Advanced Studies programmes, in-house CAS programmes are also available, enabling targeted employee development and supporting long-term retention within the organisation.

SAS – Short Advanced Studies

The Short Advanced Studies (SAS) at HWZ are individual, modular executive education programmes.

Participants can complete a modular programme within a few days. An SAS consists of three seminars, each lasting one to a maximum of two days, and can be certified with 3 ECTS credits upon successful completion. Depending on the programme and its focus, an SAS may be credited towards further executive education programmes such as CAS, MAS or EMBA.

With these short programmes, HWZ offers a continuous executive education pathway, from seminars to the Executive MBA, with all elements building on one another.

SAS Qualifying Assessment

Have you decided to complete your SAS (Short Advanced Studies) with 3 ECTS credits? To be awarded these credits, a qualifying assignment is required.

The aim of this assignment is not only to demonstrate theoretical knowledge, but also to provide evidence of the practical transfer of the seminar content to a specific organisational or project context.
