Dr Frithjof Müller is head of the Department of Management & Leadership at HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic development of the department as well as the expansion of forward-looking leadership and management programmes.

He is an occupational and organisational psychologist and obtained his doctorate (Dr. sc. ETH) at ETH Zurich, specialising in health-oriented organisational development. He studied occupational and organisational psychology at the University of Konstanz and is also undertaking further training in the field of higher and professional education.

Since 2015, he has been a lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, teaching at bachelor’s, master’s and executive level, with a particular focus on leadership and human capital management. His research and consultancy work centres on strategic leadership, organisational development, transformation, and leadership across a wide range of ecosystems – from start-ups to established large enterprises.
