Dr Meike Wiemann-Hügler is project and programme leader at the Department of Management & Leadership at HWZ, where she is responsible for the content development of continuing education courses. In the Master of Science in Business Administration at HWZ, she currently teaches the module ‘Organisation, Technology & Trust’. In addition, she works as a researcher, lecturer and continuing education director at the University of St. Gallen (FAA-HSG).

Her research, teaching and publication activities focus on the areas of motivation, (agile) performance management, trust and transformation. Since completing her doctorate (Dr. rer. soc.) at the University of Konstanz in 2016, she has led several research projects and regularly advises well-known companies on issues relating to leadership and organisational culture.
