Three CAS, one shared milestone | 47 new graduates

On Monday, 23 February 2026, 47 graduates of the CAS programmes Digital Leadership HWZ, Future Tech HWZ and Women Leading Digital HWZ celebrated their successful completion at the Resident Seefeld in Zurich. In a formal ceremony, they received their certificates.

Three degree programmes, three pioneering subject areas, and one shared moment of success: a total of 47 participants were able to look back on their time in further education and celebrate their graduation at the Resident Seefeld.

CAS Digital Leadership HWZ

The CAS Digital Leadership HWZ provided the 22 graduates with in-depth knowledge of digital business models and the strategic use of artificial intelligence over 18 study days. Participants learned how, as consultants, intrapreneurs or digital transformation specialists, they can drive innovation, optimise processes and position organisations for the future.

The top marks of 5.8 achieved Jeremy Haas and Martin Waldau.

In the digital age of artificial intelligence, technology itself is never the real issue. The crucial question is leadership. Digital leadership requires both: sound digital expertise and genuine leadership skills. Those who understand technological possibilities, can assess them strategically, provide direction, take responsibility, and enable others to deal productively with uncertainty, truly make a difference. It is precisely this combination of digital competence and leadership strength that graduates of this CAS have developed.

CAS Future Tech HWZ

In the CAS Future Tech HWZ, seven participants engaged in an in-depth exploration of the technical, economic and social aspects of emerging technologies. In a world where innovations are arising at an ever-increasing pace, they learned how to analyse technological developments thoroughly and to assess their impact on markets, products and processes from a strategic perspective.

Giuliani Germano completed the programme with the top mark of 5.6.

The technologies we explore in the CAS Future Tech HWZ are not only transforming the economy – they are also changing the way we think, work, and live together. Our graduates have learned not to observe these developments passively, but to shape them actively – with a critical mindset, competence, and the courage to be curious.

CAS Women Leading Digital HWZ

The CAS Women Leading Digital HWZ is specifically aimed at women who wish to play an active role in shaping digital transformation. Eighteen graduates demonstrated their abilities not only through a written certificate thesis, but also in a TEDxTalk HWZ to the test. Five female graduates achieved the top mark of 5.8:

  • Shanice Bösiger

  • Keira Corell

  • Simone Schulz

  • Andrea Simon

  • Edina Zawarty-Szabo

We are celebrating the third successful completion of the CAS Women Leading Digital HWZ – and we are incredibly proud. A further 18 (future) female leaders in tech have successfully completed the programme, focusing on leadership, digital fluency, digital value creation, as well as impact and visibility – our warmest congratulations! They now join a strong network of over 50 courageous, responsible women in tech and business.

Particularly pleasing

The CAS Women Leading Digital has, for the second consecutive time, achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +100. This means that all participants would unreservedly recommend the programme. The highly qualified lecturers, the inspiring learning environment among women, the interactive teaching style, and the dedicated and warm leadership and support provided by Marianne, Jrene and Ella were particularly appreciated.

We warmly congratulate all graduates on successfully completing their studies and wish them continued success as they help shape the digital future.
