Mindful Leadership: Leading Effectively in Complex Times – Inspired by Bhutan
In a world characterised by rapid change, uncertainty and artificial intelligence, one central question arises: how can we practise effective and responsible leadership? The event “Mindful Leadership: Leading Effectively in Complex Times” on Thursday, 4th June 2026, offers new perspectives on modern leadership — drawing inspiration from Bhutan and leading international voices. The focus will be on decision-making ability, inner clarity and responsible action in complex situations.
In an increasingly complex economic environment, managers are facing growing pressure. Decisions must be made more quickly. Uncertainty is on the rise. Artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming processes, roles and responsibilities. At the same time, expectations regarding credibility, responsibility and sustainable action are increasing.
How can we lead effectively under these conditions? How can we make better decisions—even when faced with pressure, speed and uncertainty? And what role does mindfulness play in a time when efficiency alone is no longer sufficient?
The event «Mindful Leadership: Leading Effectively in Complex Times» on 04.06.2026, opens up new perspectives on these questions. At its core is an approach that combines economic effectiveness with inner clarity. Inspired by Bhutan – a country that has deliberately set different priorities with its concept of Gross National Happiness – alternative models of thinking and leadership become apparent.
